• User-generated content — data you create in the Service, such as notes, projects, goals, nutrition logs, and your trading journal.
• Connected platform data — read-only analytics and basic profile information from platforms you choose to connect.
• Authentication tokens — access and refresh tokens for connected platforms, stored securely server-side and never exposed to your browser.
• Usage data — technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Operate and provide the Service.
• Synchronize your data across the Service.
• Generate analytics and AI-generated insights from your real data.
• Maintain and improve reliability and security, and prevent abuse.
• Provide support and communicate with you about your account.

Insights are derived only from your actual data; we do not fabricate metrics.

3. AI processing

The Service uses the information you provide to generate summaries, analytics, and insights with AI systems. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, and you should independently verify any important information before relying on it.

4. Connected accounts

JRB Vision can connect to supported platforms including Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. When you connect a platform, we access only the permissions you authorize — enough to show analytics and insights. We do not post, send messages, comment, or perform actions on your behalf. Data obtained from each platform is used solely to provide the Service to you and is handled in accordance with that platform's developer policies in addition to this Policy.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) that process data strictly to operate the Service on our behalf.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Authentication tokens are stored securely server-side and are never sent to the client. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Export your data.
• Delete your data.
• Disconnect any connected account, revoking JRB Vision's further access.
• Close your account.

8. Data retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to operate the Service and to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete data or your account, we remove the associated records, subject to any limited retention required for these purposes.

9. Children

JRB Vision is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
