These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and JRB Enterprises INK LLC governing your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
JRB Vision is a personal AI operating system. It lets you connect supported accounts, import and organize your own data, and receive analytics and AI-generated insights. The Service includes tools for goals, projects, nutrition tracking, a trading journal, content analytics, and a personal knowledge system, and is provided for your personal use.
The Service's software, source code, user interface, branding, workflows, prompts, analytics methodologies, AI systems, designs, and documentation are and remain the property of JRB Enterprises INK LLC, and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of, or license to, our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.
You are responsible for:
JRB Vision can connect to supported platforms including Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, and may add further integrations over time. We access only the permissions you explicitly approve when connecting a platform. We do notpost, comment, message, follow, or perform any other actions on your behalf. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant JRB Enterprises INK LLC the limited rights necessary to store, process, back up, synchronize, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
AI-generated responses and insights may contain inaccuracies or errors. You should independently verify any important information before relying on it.
JRB Vision includes trading journals, trading analytics, expectancy calculations, performance metrics, and educational trading content. These are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Neither JRB Enterprises INK LLC nor Joseph Bruce is a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, accountant, or tax adviser. Nothing on JRB Vision constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
Trading futures, stocks, options, forex, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRB Enterprises INK LLC and Joseph Bruce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
